We are a telecom company and we sale products and services:
We are interested in Zoho Crm, but contract management seem to lack.
When we sale a product, we offer a 1 or 2 year warranty period. We need to keep track of the information.
When we sale Internet links, we need to keep track of the end of the contract.
This module would be very important for us since a lot of services are sold by our sales force.
Can you tell me when this feature will be available ?
