I am considering recommending expanding use of CRM to one of my Customers.
Can the use of mass delete in any of the categoroes be restricted to the Administrator or require two sign ons?
Also who many hours does it take to integrate Quickbooks to allow use of inventry search and preparation of quotations
via CRM or it's sub system
