Control Panel - Mail Admin - Trooble Shoot- Retry Mail

HI,

I have a business account..........In the following sequence .... Control Panel - Mail Admin - Trooble Shoot- Retry Mail
 
We keep getting this email kicked back but the recipient is getting the email.. Is there something on your end or our end to make your server recognize this email with (titlemail.com) so we dont get the nagging Retry email again message..
