Conversations do not work in the new Zoho Mail interface in some folders

Hello,

I have a folder where I enabled the conversations view, but it doesn't work. The emails are still shown separate, although there are clearly messages with the same subject among them. This folder is used for collecting notifications from our ticket support system.

Could the problem be caused by the fact that the subject has a ticket number in square brackets in the beginning? For example: 


[TID#2681] Unable to start software
