CONVERSATIONS threads not working

Thank you for you response Sridhar.  I also don't like the way Google implements it's concersations so I am NOT interested in Zoho Mail duplicating the functionality.

HOWEVER, I am NOT able to create conversations.  I remember last year that I saw the icon and threads, tree etc but can not replicate that feature now.  I have sent myself an email at my mindspring account and then replied back to my Zoho account and tried that several times.  When I click on the FROM link it opens another tab and shows several emails in that tab... not sure why those emails.

But no matter what I do I cannot creat the thread shown in the form a tree.  Can you please email me and we can try to start a conversation that way.  My zoho email address is:  info@nuinvestllc.com

Thank you for your help.  I am planning to switch form Google to Zoho mail interface and would like to remember how the conversation featured works in Zoho mail because Google is not designed optmially.  

Lastly, is there a way for Zoho Mail to receive all my google emails sent to gpolzer@gmail.com?
