Convert a call to a lead?
Most of our leads come from incoming calls. I need the call log to keep track of call volume over hours and days. There is no obvious way to convert the person who called into a lead so it can then be turned into a potential.
Has anyone at zoho ever worked for a company that deals w/ both B2B and B2C? Ever heard of a lead being generated by a call that also needs to be part of the call log?
