Convert a CRM dashboard into a presentation in just two clicks

Hello everyone!
You've crafted dashboards in Zoho CRM and used them to track KPIs and other important indicators. They incorporate data from across the CRM to present a holistic visual overview of your sales performance. Now you can convert these dashboards into sleek slide decks without breaking a sweat.

Here's how:

When you're viewing the CRM dashboard you want to convert, click the more (...) icon and select Create as Presentation. The slide deck conversion will then commence.
Once the slide deck has been created, you'll receive a notification. Click View in Zia Notification to see your ready-to-present slide deck.
You can start presenting your deck from Zoho CRM using the built-in presentation options.
If you want to make changes or share the deck with others, you can view the same slide deck in Zoho Show. Please note that changes made in Zoho Show will be synced back to the slide deck in Zoho CRM. These options are available only when you are using a paid edition of Zoho Show. Otherwise, you'll be able to view, present, download, and print the slide deck in Zoho Show, but you'll not be able to perform other actions.

Note

Each user can create a maximum of 10 presentations per month.
You can access your slide deck by clicking on the Zia Notification Panel at the bottom of your CRM application. The slide deck will be erased one month from the time of creation.
