Hello Zoho Team,

Introducing variants is a great addition to Zoho Inventory. However, we would like to request an option to convert an existing single item into an item with variants.

For example, Item A initially comes in only one colour, so we create it as a single item. Later, when our business starts offering the same item in multiple colours, we cannot find an option to convert the existing item to support variants.

Could you please add this functionality in a future update? Ideally, the conversion should preserve the existing stock and transaction history while allowing us to add new variants.

This would help businesses expand their product range without creating duplicate items.
