Convert Button on each list item in list item view

I see that you can put a customized button in each list item, but what if you want to put a standard button (in this example the convert button) in each item.

Do I have to clone the Convert button as a custom button? If so how?

Am I just missing a simple setting that I need to change?

I searched the KB, but couldn't find anything, but I would assume its a routine request.
