I am trying to figure out the best way to accomplish this task as I need to convert closed won Deals to a custom module im going to name Post Sale, we have various tasks that will be completed after the fact and I felt that going with a custom module and keeping info in Zoho CRM was better than trying to create map it to Zoho Projects.

The reason I want to use a custom module is to maintain a blueprint that our staff will follow in our post sale pipeline. 

The rundown is that we will need all of our field data and our attachments transferred over after a sale has been made so we can complete the project that follows. We will need to update our customers and employees the status of a project as specific tasks are completed.
