Hi everybody, 

I have succefully imported all my Outlook contacts to ZOHO CRM. For me my contacts "5000+ collected over many years") are the "raw material" on which I would like to work now for a new project. Unfortunately I can not convert from contacts in to leads in ZOHO CRM.

As second attempt I imported all 5000+ contacts from my Outlook into the leads section, because I hoped that I can “approve them individually” (as described in “Leads created through Web/Import will not be included in the Leads list directly. These will get added into the list once approved by the admin user.”

However within "leads approval" I can not search by name or company and thus have to browse through all 5000+ contacts (maximum 50 per page). This doen´t seem correct.

Or if  creating a new lead it would be very helpful, if I could use an existing contact from the contact section in ZOHO CRM.

Can anybody please help? Thanks in advance, philip

PS: Is it possible to import only selected outlook contacts, for example by city, country or criteria?
