Convert Lead Information

Dear Zoho support/Zoho community,

I have created a custom pick list field called "Potential Contact Person" under the Potential Module. I have also made this field mandatory. Now the challenge is that while I have made this field as mandatory within add new potential, since it does not exist within the "Convert Lead Information" in the Leads module, there are some converted leads that do not get the custom filed I created.

So the question is - Is it possible to display additional field in the <Convert Lead Information>? If so, how can I do that?
