Convert lead to new contact ALWAYS

Id like my workflow conversion of leads into contact to not "update" and only "duplicate" (ie - always create a new contact.

The convert lead to contact button reads "If a Lead's email matches an existing Contact, instead of creating a new Contact, we will add it to the existing one. Similarly if a Lead's company name matches an existing Account, we will add it to the existing one."

I want for the lead to always create a new contact. How do I do this?
