Is there a workflow that will convert a lead to a potential automatically?
We have an online store. Right now, I have it so that when a user creates an account, they are send to zoho as a lead.
Then, when they put in their credit card, I want to change them to a potential. But doing it by had is VERY tedious. Is there a better way to do this?
