Convert Leads to accounts Notes Issue: Printing Accounts
Any Leads converted to an account the notes will be saved to the contact and
not the account the problem with this is, that any contact you delete the comments will ALSO delete.
Just to let you all know:
What i discovered today is that if you print any accounts, the notes on the contact WILL NOT BE PRINTED as they are separate.
This is an excellent example and essensial argument why the converted notes should be attached to the accounts and not the contact.
My question is, what else does this affect - as the telephone support staff took nearly 2 hours to figure this one out.
I vote for the conversion notes to be attached to accounts or at least an option for people to set it to accounts or contacts.
I am interested to see other peoples thoughts on this?
