Convert Potential to Product (real estate)

For those of us in the real estate business (agents) the cycle goes like this:

  1. You get a lead on a house and if it pans out it becomes a potential
  2. Once you get the listing, the Potential is closed and labeled as "won" and then...
  3. The Potential becomes a Product - because you have to then sell the house that you just got a listing for.
Is there any way to convert a Potential to a Product?

My sales cycle goes: Lead --> Potential --> Product
