I am currently setting up the system for use in my organization which is B2B.

In the sales process, a quote is made, and followed through the pipeline using the field "Quote" Stage, which consists of stages such as "draft" / "negotiation" / "Closed Won" / "Closed Lost".  Once the quote has been accepted by the customer, it is to be converted to SO. At this conversion, I would like the Quote Stage to automatically change to "Closed Won". It is imperative to make a workflow rule bc I think that it will become one of those fields that my sales people will mostly likely forget to change the stage of, which means that I will not have a good management overview of the quotation pipeline.

So the question: How do I create a workflow rule in which, at conversion from quote to SO, this stage is automatically changed.
