Converting a lead to an existing account

Converting a lead to an existing account

How do I convert a lead into an existing customer account?  I have leads for different people and products at an existing customer and I do not want multiple accounts created for the same customer.  When converting a lead, there should be a drop down box that allows you to choose from existing accounts or add new.
