Converting into leads question

Hi,

I have a question regarding the way other users organize their database with Zoho. Currently we are in the process of renovating our Zoho database with a new protocol. We created a new bucket list called prospects and we are putting all contacts in there we have reached out too individually. Along with a bucket list named Leads to where if they reached back out to us we would convert the prospect into a lead. 

My question is - we have multiple prospects under the same company - for example the CEO, CMO, CTO from the same company are all individual entries in the prospect bucket list. If the CMO responds back to me, they would be converted into a lead - any recommendations on what to do with the CEO and CTO in this situation? Would you move them as well over the leads bucket or would you keep them where they are because they have not responded to you?
