I have a form on my website that asks fo a customer name, email, and if they want to attach a file, they can.
The customer fills out the form, and it goes into the "unapproved leads" category. I can approve the lead and see everything they submitted.
The problem is, is that once the Lead is converted (using the "convert" button) into a Potential, the file that they uploaded is nowhere to be found...gone...lost....not in the place in the Potential where files should be...any insights into this?
