Converting Leads to Accounts and losing Data

Hello, 

I am loving ZOHO CRM however I have a few issues. 

  1. I altered some fields in the Leads section - Mainly 
    1. Industry - Including industries more relevant to my industry than the default ones
    2. Lead Source - Making the source more relevant to our activities
    3. Lead Status  - Having a custom status based on our processes
  2. I have added the following sections
    1. Software Supplier - Track who we need to liase with
    2. Number of Stores - How big the potential is
  3. Address information
    1. Street 
    2. City
    3. Country
    4. Postcode
When I convert a lead with all this information most of this is lost or not present when a conversion takes place
  1. In terms of the lists where I altered fields do have to be reentered and can not be mapped from a master list
    1. Industry needs to be re-specified in the Account section, it does not keep the setting from the lead
    2. Lead Source - This keeps the setting, but we need to maintain a list in the contact section - it should keep the same list
    3. Lead Status - This disappears - this is not the end of the world, but it would be good if you could keep it and maintain a status of the account
  2. Added Sections
    1. Software supplier - I can not figure out how to send this information to the Account even though I have created  the same field - currently this does not link at all and I have to re enter manually
    2. Number of Stores - Same as software supplier
  3. Address information
    1. In Account and Contact all the address information is preceeded by Mail or Shipping address, and there is not option just for Address, City. Why cant you make it so the fields are the same and they transport. 
Any help you could give on organising this would be wonderful.
