As my company makes "contact" with potential leads, I would like to convert them from a Lead to a Contact.  Once we actually signup a Contact, I would like to convert them from a contact to an account.  Presently, my only option is to convert a lead into both a contact and account at the same time.  I am a new user so I may be missing something...Is there a way to customize this option?
