Converting mulitple Leads to existing Accounts

Converting mulitple Leads to existing Accounts

We need to convert multiple leads to existing Accounts (which we call Clients)  - how do we do this without going into each Lead individually and converting one a lead-by-lead basis - can we convert by batch?
