Hello, 

I have two problems at the moment with converting quotes to sales order:

1. The button 'Convert' which was at the top right corner inside a specific quote, is not there anymore. And even before, when I got into deferent quotes, sometimes I would see it and sometimes not.  

2. When I used to see the button, if I would click on in, it declined me due to insufficient permissions, although I have all the permissions I can have. 

Can you help?
