The majority of my Leads will have both a Mailing Address and a Physical street Address that I need to capture at Lead creation stage.

On conversion of the Lead (to Contact/Account and Potential) I need the following to occur:

In Potentials I need to display

·         Physical Address only

In Accounts I need to display both:

·         the Mailing (aka Billing) address AND

·         the Physical (aka Shipping) address

In Contacts I also need to display both:

·         the Mailing (aka Billing) address AND

·         the Physical (aka Other) address

I can achieve all of the above by using Custom address fields and hiding the default fields in each screen - but if I do, the “Copy Address” button that appears when editing either Accounts or Contacts remains linked to the standard Zoho adress fields and doesn’t appear to be able to be modified –

eg in the Contacts edit screen, the “Copy Address” button allows the Zoho-defined “Mailing” address to be copied only to the Zoho-defined “Other” address and vice versa – which is useless to me as both the Zoho-defined Mailing and Other addresses are not visible (having been replaced with my custom Mail and Physical address fields).

Can I either

1.       disable(hide) the default “Copy Address” buttons in the Accounts and Contacts edit screens,

2.       re-configure the “Copy Address” buttons to permit copy to and from the custom displayed address fields, or

3.       reconfigure without using custom addresses in such a way that the current “Copy Address” functionality is useful yet still enable capture of the 2 addresses at Lead creation stage ?
