I’m new to Zoho CRM and having a little difficulty configuring Addresses

The majority of my Leads will have both a Mailing Address and a Physical street Address that I need to capture at Lead import stage.

In the first instance, the Physical street Address is the most important as Sales staff will generally need to go to this address to meet the prospective Client

On conversion of the Lead I need the following to occur:

In Potentials (Opportunities) I need to display

·         Physical Address only

In Accounts (Clients) I need to display both

·         the Mailing (aka Billing) address AND

·         the Physical (aka Shipping) address

In Contacts ) I also need to display both:

·         the Mailing (aka Billing) address AND

·         the Physical (aka Other) address

I can achieve all of the above by using Custom fields and hiding the default fields but if I do, the “Copy Address” button that appears when editing either Accounts (Clients) or Contacts remains linked to the standard Zoho address fields and doesn’t appear to be able to be modified –

eg in the Contacts edit screen, the “Copy Address” button allows the Zoho-defined “Mailing” address to be copied only to the Zoho-defined “Other” address and vice versa – which is useless to me as both the Zoho-defined Mailing and Other addresses are not visible (having been replaced with my custom fields).

Can I either

1.       disable the “Copy Address” buttons in the Accounts (Clients) and Contacts edit screens,

2.       re-configure the “Copy Address” buttons to permit copy to and from the custom displayed address fields, or
