Cool feature you already have - copying an address from "mailing" to "other" in the Individual or Account detail views.
Also when a new individual is created under an Account, the contact info translates to the new individual fields.
How about a button which drags contact information (at least address information) from the Account file into the Individual file and vice versa? Copying phone numbers around wouldn't be bad either.
