Copy and Paste Records

For data entry, I often need to enter a new record, where I use a previous record as my source.

In MS Access or MS Excel, I would just highlight the row and go to the new entry row and paste, and then alter whichever fields were different.

How can I do this in ZOHO db ?

An alternative would be to have my old template field as the last one and then Ctrl+' in the new field and the one above would be magically copied into the new field.

There may be ways to do this in ZOHO, but they have escaped me at the moment.

I spotted the spellcheck box for this post and guess what ZOHO is flagged as a mis-spelling, suggesting SOHO as the correction !!!
