I am trying to find an easy way of copy and pasting a contacts details.

For example I will be visiting a customer and want to copy all of their details including phone numbers and address and paste it into my diary. This then allows me to see the address simply when I am out on the road.

I can copy all of it by dragging the mouse across the contact, but it includes all the field names including those fields I have no use for such as 'Other' addresses.

Any ideas?
