Copying deal from one pipeline to another after reaching Closed Won.

Hello,
I'm new to Zoho so I appreciate your help. I'm trying to figure out the best way to duplicate deals, and their associated values, from our Sales Pipeline to our Customer Success Pipeline after they have reached the stage "Closed Won". Any advice on the best way to accomplish this?
