Copying information from Word into Zoho Doc

Copying information from Word into Zoho Doc

I am unable to cut & paste from a word document into a zoho document. This is making me upload a new word document each time with my revisions, send another shared invite and then move the older zoho document to the trash. 
Can you please let me know how to simply cut & paste into a zoho document? Or possibly suggest an easier way to collaborate on a document and continually update it?
