Corrupted and Unreadable - ZOHO Assist failed to join

Hello,

I have used ZOHO Assist hundreds of times to remotely access colleague machines and help them, but today we are receiving this error no matter who a link is sent to. I have not seen it before and there are no articles about it from what I can see in my google searches

What can/should we do?
