There is no way to have the cost listed on a quote and mark it up. The system only allows for discounts which does not work for the service industry.
We need a way to have product data to have cost field and price field. Having two price fields is necessary but there is no where to input cost.
This is severely limiting and becomes almost useless. It took days to find a work around and it still does not work for us.It is a shame because the rest of the system is so powerful. I hope you read this and seriously take this to heart. It will only increase your sales.
