When we do quotes, we want to pull through fields for the cost price of the item, another field that dispays the customer price and a field for markup.
Our sales people need to be able to edit the cost price, based on pricing received from suppliers, add a markup to determine the selling price, or manually enter the selling price. ZOHO does not seem capable of this? The quoting module seems like it needs a lot of development.
Is there any way to customise this to our specific need, or are we stuck in this way the system does it?
