Hi There

I'd like to add lead from form which is designed by ZF (not ZMA's form).

[Setup]
I design form by ZF and set connection to ZMA as below.

I select our portal of ZMA and list correctly.

Also I setup connection on ZMA as well.

[Result]

I sent data from above form and it succeeded to send to ZMA.

However, list is still empty and the email address which I sent from form is not store as lead.

Try search the data by email address, as bellow, but could not find.

How can I send lead data from Form which is created by ZF?
If I missed some setting, please let me know.
