Hi Everyone,

We tried to create email account for our staff (total of 6) but we get the message "your domain already exist". We do not recall subscribing with Zoho in the past but it could have been done through one of our previous agent. We would like to subscribe directly to Zoho email. We opened a ticket yesterday but no response until now. 

Any Ideas Please?
