Hello, I'm new user of Indonesia. I want to register a domain email www.jasaservicevideotron.com but could not. I had a list and wait for a verification code via SMS, only the code will not accept.

After I waited almost 30 minutes, I tried to register again only in its statement the domain is already connected to my Mobile account -> http://prntscr.com/een87t

I try to sign in with my mobile but I can not, I try to do forget the password but can not -> http://prntscr.com/eenbeu

Could you please help why?
