ZOHO gave free text field to enter country names, this creates huge issue due to different people write country in different ways. While ZOHO is giving list of countries in pre-defined list as a custom field, but there is NO way I can see where a workflow can set the default country txt field value based on the country name in selection.

Please advise solution.
