Convert lead to deal

Hi All!

I create fields rule in deal modules that when the stages was closed lost will appearing this fields as reason of lost and I put it as mandatory fields. But when I converted the lead to deal with any stages is showing in converted page I can not hide it. Is there any way to hide it?
