Zoho Projects now integrates with
Crashlytics to help file your crashes as bugs and see them through to their resolution.
Premium and Enterprise Plan users can set up service hooks for Zoho Projects in Crashlytics.
Based on the impact level you can have the crashes added as bugs in the BugTracker module of Zoho Projects.
How does this work?
- The Crashlytics SDK in your app files every crash.
- You can configure at what impact level should the crashes be treated as bugs.
- Once the given impact level is reached Crashlytics will use the Zoho Projects service hook to log the crash as a bug in the BugTracker module.
- You can assign this bug to a developer and track its progress till it is resolved.
- Using Business Rules you can automatically assign bugs matching specific criteria to the concerned developer.
