Crate a Text Library in Zoho CRM for Report Creation

I want to use a module called Reports which is related to an Account. When creating reports we use standard paragraphs/text and I want to create a text library that when we create a report we can drag/insert text from the library into the report object.

I don't want to use a simple look-up option on the text as the library could be large ( a lot of text to sort through) and also I want to be able to make edits to the text once it is inserted into the Reports module - ie customise with clients name and some specific data like financials etc...

Each report, whilst using standard paragraphs is unique in the different paragraphs that are selected and the personalisation of text.

Any suggestions on the best way to structure the text library and importantly the easiest way for users to select the text they want to use?
