Creat a from that makes a lead and have opt in to multiple different email newsletter subjects

I need a form that will allow it to be filled and submitted, which will create a lead. I also need a way to sign up for multiple email lists each which has it's own subject matter. Can zoho do this? Any help finding the right instructions would be great. Thanks in advance.
