HI,

I created a new module to request quotations from service suppliers once it is something we do on a daily baisis.

Every day we have a new quotation request that we send to several suppliers and when we receive quotes we analyze to find the best price.

The custom module partially is created but now I need:

1- II need the record to show what suppliers the quote has been requested to and I do not know what type of field I should create for that

2. At the record form, I need a button to send the mail requesting quotation to all those chosen suppliers and that mail must have some fo the fields in that record
