Though we still want to receive those notifications, we would like them to get to our inbox only today. I mean, I am happy to have let's say 20 notifications in my inbox today, so I know in real time if someone enter my property... however tomorrow, when I enter my mailbox, I find it full of useless notification emails and find it complicated to search for emails that are important to me.

is there any way to auto move (or purge from IMAP) all those emails we receive from a certain sender (condition 1) AND were received before the current date (condition 2)?

Of course that should be done automatically... as time pass by, the date moves.. :-)
