Create a Follow-up action for a new Task on a specific date automatically

Hello all,

 Does anyone can help with a solution I can't solve in Zoho bigin functionality:

 When I create or update a Task the customer ask to be reached in 3 days or on a specific date and I would like to Create a Follow-up action (a new Task) on specific date automatically from the original I have editing at the moment.

Clone the task is not an option because is a manual procedure.

PS: I have the same situation on a Business but there I could solve it by adding new fields on the business form combined with a Workflow
