Create a product with variable date, like a subscription and send automation e-mails

Hi,

I want to link a costumer to a subscription, but the start/end date for the subscription is always different.

I also want to send automation e-mail (looking for an example) after i linked that product to a costumer 

and send an automation expire e-mail like 30 days before the subscription ends.

Is this possible with Zoho CRM?
