Create a single record from multiple images with ICR

Zia's Intelligent Character Recognition can now create a single record from multiple images. Users can upload up to three images at once, such as an ID, a passport, and a business card, and Zia will extract the relevant information from all of them and map it to the correct CRM fields. This gives users a complete and accurate record before they even create it.



Picture a sales rep at a trade show who collects a business card, a summit form, and a summit badge for one prospect. Previously, the rep had to upload and process each image, one at a time. They uploaded the card, waited for Zia to extract the fields, verified and saved the record, then enriched the record for each image. Each new upload risked overwriting the data from the previous one, which increased the chance of duplicate or lost information. 

 
Now, the rep uploads all three images together in a single batch. Zia ICR extracts and reconciles the data from all three at once and maps everything to the right CRM fields for one clean review and save. This gives the rep a complete, accurate record in a single pass instead of three, which saves time and cuts down the chances of errors along the way. 

What's new

  1. Upload multiple images: Users can now create a single record from up to three images in one go. Zia extracts each one and fills in the fields with the corresponding values, based on the rules defined in the relevant ICR rule.
  2. Add images during extraction: At any point after uploading images and before creating the record, users can add more images to the same batch.
  3. Choose the best value among duplicates: When two or three images contain different values for the same field, such as two phone numbers or two spellings of a name, Zia lists all the values it found under that field letting users select the value they want to keep.
