Hello,
in our sale process we have the following steps:
- a Lead arrives in the CRM. Sales rep call the lead. Then, if the lead is in target, he clicks on a "Request credentials" transition of the blueprint
- the lead is converted into a Deal, an Account and one or more Contacts (we created a subform in the Lead layout which is used to add additional contacts from that company. When the Lead is converted, N contacts are generated from this subform). The new Deal is assigned to an Operative agent, which will create the credentials.
- When the credentials for all contacts have been created and sent, the Deal automatically progress to the next step in the blueprint and is assigned to the sales rep again
What I'd like to do is to create a task for the Operative agent in the step 2 of the process. The task should contain information on who are the Contacts for whom the credentials must be created (in form of a link on a filtered view, more links to each contact, etc.)
On the other hand, I could also create N tasks for each of the contact for whom the credentials must be created.
What can be a solution for this goal? Alternative solutions are also appreciated.
