create a ticket from an e-mail in Zoho CRM

Hi, I use Zoho Support for all customer requests sent to a specific e-mail address. However, some customers send requests also to the main e-mail address, which ends up in the inbox of Zoho Mail. (I have CRM Plus). Is there a way I could create a ticket out of this e-mail? If yes, how?
