Using Zoho Flow, how do I get the data from the MY TASK VIEW into the MY TIMESHEET weekly log VIEW ?

By using Zoho Flow, I want to have a Trigger that will push the field values of Project Names, Tasks, and Assigned Task Owner into the PROJECTS TIMESHEET.
